Each unit offers a selectable rated power of 210kW/420kW and an energy storage capacity of 836kWh, supporting multi-unit parallel expansion. The 2H system can be expanded to a maximum of 4.2MW/8.36MWh, while the 4H system can reach 4.2MW/16.72MWh, covering all grid-connected scenarios including user-side, grid-side, and power generation-side applications.

This modular design not only allows for flexible capacity expansion but also optimizes and upgrades the cost structure. In terms of space utilization, the DH800Y demonstrates an exceptional energy density advantage. A 5MWh system composed of six parallel units occupies an area equivalent to only one 20-foot standard container, reducing land costs by more than 30% compared to traditional solutions, perfectly addressing the critical issue of limited land resources in industrial and commercial parks.

The transportation process is equally efficient; the standardized modules can be flexibly transported via container shipping and land transport, and meet the industry standard of transportation weight ≤ 35 tons, eliminating the need for additional oversized transport fees. The product adopts a hoisting operation, with the electrical compartment and battery compartment stacked vertically. Combined with quick-connect wiring and liquid-free process, it significantly reduces the hidden costs of project deployment.

Even more noteworthy is that the DH800Y achieves flexible capacity expansion through "on-demand configuration"—users can select a basic configuration based on initial load requirements, and subsequently adjust capacity by adding or removing equipment. Its flexible combination options can match the footprint and capacity of various container sizes, such as 10-foot, 20-foot, and 40-foot containers, adapting to the personalized needs of different-sized industrial and commercial users, making energy storage investments more economical and flexible. 

Full liquid cooling technology: A double guarantee of safety and longevity. DH800Y

The DH800Y features a "3+2" multi-dimensional safety protection system, elevating safety standards to a new industry high. The system utilizes three levels of fire protection—at the PACK level, cluster level, and water-based fire suppression—along with a dual explosion-proof design. 

The cabinet features a three-layer fire-retardant structure – an outer layer of heat-resistant steel plate, a middle layer of heat-resistant rock wool, and an inner layer of heat-resistant steel plate – with a 2-hour fire resistance rating, effectively preventing the spread of fire from the source. 

At the same time, the system comes standard with DC side leakage current detection functionality to monitor the safety status of the circuit.  Combined with multiple protective devices such as audible and visual alarms, explosion-proof ventilation systems, and explosion relief panels, it forms a comprehensive safety warning and emergency response mechanism for all scenarios.

The application of full liquid cooling technology is a core support for the safety and longevity of the DH800Y. Unlike traditional air cooling systems that suffer from uneven heat dissipation, the liquid cooling system, through precise temperature control algorithms, keeps the battery operating temperature consistently within the optimal range. This not only effectively suppresses the risk of thermal runaway but also significantly extends battery life, resulting in a product design lifespan of up to 10 years. The liquid cooling system's left-in, right-out circulation design ensures uniform heat dissipation and enables stable operation in a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 50℃. 

In terms of fire safety design, the DH800Y utilizes a dual-mode aerosol fire extinguishing system with both thermal and electrical activation, combined with a sprinkler-type water fire extinguishing system, forming multiple layers of fire protection and adding an extra layer of security for equipment safety. 

Lifecycle cost optimization: Spending money where it matters most.

The DH800Y maximizes profitability through life-cycle cost control. In the initial investment phase, in addition to significant reductions in land and transportation costs, the modular pre-commissioned delivery model reduces on-site installation labor and time costs, and the integrated AC/DC design eliminates the need for additional complex equipment, further reducing initial investment.

Cost optimization is particularly prominent in the operation and maintenance phase. The DH800Y is equipped with an intelligent EMS algorithm, supporting functions such as remote monitoring, fault warning, and status diagnosis, enabling intelligent operation and maintenance. The equipment boasts an IP55 protection rating, offering excellent dust and water resistance, and can withstand water spray and dust intrusion from all directions, fully meeting the requirements for long-term outdoor operation. A C5 corrosion resistance rating is available, suitable for coastal high-salt-spray environments, significantly reducing maintenance frequency in such special conditions.

In terms of operational efficiency, the DH800Y boasts a maximum system efficiency of over 90%. This not only means that losses during the electrical energy conversion and storage process are significantly reduced, but it also creates economic value for users from four key dimensions: increased revenue, optimized costs, scenario adaptability, and grid coordination. High adaptability and standardization: accelerating the implementation and popularization of energy storage.

The DH800Y features a standardized design, strong compatibility, and supports rapid deployment in various scenarios. The cabinets can be installed side-by-side, supporting up to 20 units in parallel, with only a minimum distance of 150mm required between cabinets. Top and bottom quick-connect links and bottom cabling ensure neat wiring and eliminate the hassle of complicated cabling.

For medium and high-voltage grid connection, Dyness also offers an integrated step-up and step-down transformer solution, supporting 0.8/11/35kV grid access, eliminating the need for users to source equipment from multiple suppliers.

The installation process is also extremely simple: the electrical compartment and battery compartment are lifted and stacked separately, and then the main power lines, communication lines, and two liquid cooling pipes are connected to form a complete system. The foundation requirements are clear and straightforward, and most industrial and commercial parks can accommodate it directly.
